I am fascinated by all things eco-friendly, eco-conscious, green, tree-hugging, homemade, bought in bulk, coconut-oiled, essentially oiled, crunchy, hippie-ish, Portlandia, handmade, vegan, locavore, farmers marketed, thrifted, gifted, wind-powered, recycled, reused, reduced, et cetera ad nauseam.
